Chapter 11 - His Feelings

Looking at someone sleep might be a little creepy but here I am looking at Max sleeping. He insisted to hold my hand while he sleeps make sure that I can't go away.

Why do I always get weak with him?

Caressing his hand and slowly take out my hand from his grip slowly. I kissed his forehead and sit on the sofa. I looked at the time now , it's 1 in the morning. I'm so tired today , my eyes are still puffy and it hurts when I blink.

I closed my eyes and go to sleep..

I felt someone stroking my hair and I slowly open my eyes. I looked up to see his blue eyes staring at me.

"How did you get here?" I asked as I looked at his bed and turned to him

"Sky help me" He answered and I nodded

"Good morning by the way" He kissed my cheek and I closed my eyes again. He pulled me close and pull my head to lean on his shoulder.

"What time is it?"

"8.00" He said

"I have to go work"

"I already told Luke to let you stay here today" I looked up to him

"What does he say?"

"Mad at first of course , I'm taking away his little sister" He smiled and I nodded. I love being in his arms , I've always love it but he doesn't like it so it's a little bit strange for me and him to act like this.

"What do you want for breakfast?" I asked

"Just stay here with me okay?" He said and I just stay there not saying anything. He kept stroking my head , kiss the side of my head and just hugging me.

I heard a knock and nurse came inside , she walked to Max.

"Mr. Cesantio , you have to eat and drink this medicine" She announced , she put a tray of food at the table in front of us and a cup of medicine

"Okay"

"Are you his girlfriend?" She asked and now I'm tongue tied

"She is" Max answered and she nodded

"Help him okay?" She smiled to me and left the room right away. I opened the wrap of the tray and put it on my lap. I have to feed his big guy beside me

"Aren't you going to ask me anything?" He asked and I turned to him

"Huh? About what?" I asked

"Nothing" He shook his head and I started to feed him. Food from the hospital is disgusting , it has not taste at all. I saw his face shows a dislike to the food. I put the food back on the table. Taking my bag and stand up

"Where are you going?"

"Going down for a while" I said and he nodded. I walked out from the room and go down to the 1st floor. There's starbucks there and I'll just buy him a coffee with sandwich.

This is how my love works.. I don't like to say sweet things and just cling to him like a bear.. no I'm not that girl. I'm a girl that only do actions , I show them how much I love them by doing things.

I'm not Sophia that can shout loudly to show how much she loves Aaron , I'm not Janet that can kissed Sky everysingle second and I'm not Angel that clings to Alex like a beat. I'm none of them.

Max is not a man that love to show his love by saying , he acts too. We both never say sweet things , we just do to make the other person happy. That's us , that's why we lack of communication because we think the other person likes it but the truth is they don't.

After buying it , I go up again. Walking to his room and find Sky standing and talking with Max. Thank God I bring 2 sandwich so Sky can eat too.

"Hey Rose" Sky gave me a brief hug

"Hey , have you eat breakfast?" I asked Sky

"Already at home , Janet cook" He stated and I noddes. Giving one sandwich to Max and the coffee. He looked at me with eyes widen.

"Do you want one?" I asked Sky

"No thanks. I'm just visiting this asshole for a moment then I'll go to work" He said and I nodded. They talked for a moment and Sky went go work.

"Thanks" He said and I nodded

"Sit with me , will you?" He asked and patted the empty side beside him. I sit there and awkwardly eating the sandwich

"Why are you so quite lately?" He asked

"I'm fine"

"You're still mad at me , aren't you?" I turned to him

"I don't know"

"Look Rose.. we both know our feelings are more than this but why do you decide to go away?"

"Until when you will sleep with a thousand woman? Should I sleep with a thousand man too? We can be equal by that" I asked a little bit pissed , I saw his face change

"I love my bachelor life" He said

"Then do it , I'm not telling you to stop" I bursted and he closed his eyes

"Will you just wait for me Rose?"

"11 years is enough , I'm not waiting again" I shook my head and I don't know why my heart is like made of steel.

"What do you want? Get married to me? Or what?" He asked in a pissy way

"All you need to do is let me go Max , that's easy. No one will get piss with you and you don't have to beg me for forgiveness which the things you don't like" I said looking at him and he looked at me straight into my eyesu

"I'm a man with needs"

"Why don't you just use me?" I asked straight foward

"You're more than that girls Rose , that's why I can't use you wherever I want!"

"Liar" I whispered

"Why do you think I'll always comeback to you for the pass 11 years? Why Rose?" He asked

"No one understands you like I do" I answered

"I like you Rose.. more than you think and more than you feel towards me"
