Rudy's pov
I wake up hearing my daughter crying, her bed is right beside mine as I don't think she's ready yet to sleep in her crib or by herself, so I sit up and pick her up bringing her in my arms, automatically feeling that her skin was burning up.

I sighed and got up getting the thermometer and checking her temperature

Great she has a fever. I go down stairs and get one of her bottles and fill it with cold water, I also get a rag and wet it and put it on her forehead.

I can't give her any medicine right now so I'll just give it to her later

I walk back upstairs to my room and get back in bed, waiting for her to be done with the bottle so I can sing her back to sleep

Eventually she does and I read to her, slowly putting her back in her bed.

The next morning
Y/ns fever went down a little but not a lot, so while I'm making her bottle of milk and getting her medicine ready, she's sitting in her bouncer.

Skip time
Y/n has eaten, took some medicine, and slept all through out the day. I'm gonna check her temperature again and if its the same or higher I'm taking her to the hospital.

Rudy gets up and goes upstairs with you in his arms and quickly takes your temperature again noticing that it's going down slowly, so he lays down on the bed and watches TV while letting you sleep more

A few days later you were all better and back to the normal happy/hyper y/n
