"What?" I look at my mother's face, she looked like she knew something. "Does Sarah know?" She says bluntly as she walks to the kitchen getting out an apple. "Know what?" I scoff stupidly, what on Earth was she talking about. "That you and her brother have a thing" my mother accuses. "We don't have a thing" I roll my eyes as I walk away from my mother. She follows me not ready to leave the conversation yet. "Yes you do, are you sleeping together?" I breathe out loudly in disbelief. "So that's a yes, you need to tell Sarah" she shakes her head.
"I don't know what your talking about" I dismiss her. "Ok but if it comes back to bite ya on the ass don't come complaining to me" she surrenders as she sits on the sofa. "I have to go , Dad wants me home and he can't know I'm here so uh I'll see you later , I love you" I smiled as I bend down giving my mother a hug. "I love you more my little Kat" she finally lets go and I could tell it was painful for her. I get home to my Dad, Jenna and Alice all dressed up in smart clothing. "Where are you off too?" I notice the god awful dress Alice was wearing. "I've been trying to get ahold of you for the last two hours! Go upstairs and change into something nice , we are going to a business meeting" Wow how fun. "And why do we have to go to this meeting with you?" I laugh , why the hell is he dragging us all to this.
"It's a dinner, people will be dancing and I will be talking business , upstairs now" he does up his suit. I huff in annoyance but it's best not to argue. I got upstairs to see a blue dress on my bed. Jenna must have picked it out.

It definitely wasn't my style but it wasn't too bad. I put on some black heels that I loved to put the outfit together.

Ok not too bad . I thought as I looked at myself in the mirror. I didn't need a coat or jacket as it was still very hot outside. I just let my hair down, brushing it out slighting as I practically run downstairs. "You look lovely" Jenna smiles, I nod before Turning ,asking her to zip me up. She does quickly as we both join Alice and my father in the car. They had been waiting for me there as my father got too impatient. We pull up to some venue, it looked like a hall from the outside. We go in to see a ballroom, people dancing and next to it was people eating dinner while listening to the music. It was beautiful. People were talking with drinks in their hands as they stood by the buffet table. That's when I see Sarah. She was wearing a similar dress but it was more simple. It was purple with lace across the chest.
