Pope hollers driving up to them, "Uh-oh!"
"You guys forget your keys or something?" John B asks.
"You guys need a tow?"
Bella grinned and waved at them.
Kiara looks to them, "Don't give them the satisfaction of thinking this worked."
"Absolutely not," Sarah said.
John B smiles, "You gotta admit it was kinda funny."
"John B," Kiara said.
"Uh, what's that?"
"Mastermind, huh?"
"I'm always plannin'."
"Some patriarchal bullshit."
"Yeah, that sucked," Sarah scoffed.
Bella shrugged, "I promised I'd keep them alive, not that everyone would like each other."
JJ smirked, "Still love us though, right?" He tossed the rope to Kiara. "Here."
"Yeah, whatever."
John B smiled at her, "Hey, you still hate me?"
Sarah crossed her arms, "A little. We're all gonna get you back when you least expect it."
"Watch your back, boys," Kiara smirked.
Bella smiled, "They are pretty terrifying when they get to thinking, I'd be scared if I were you."
"Mm-hm."
Pope said, "Well I for one welcome that challenge."
"Me too," JJ grinned and caught the baggie of the last few sour gummy worms Bella threw at him.
"So did you guys, you know..."
"Reconcile our differences?" Kiara asked.
Sarah shook her head, "Mm-mm."
"Not even close."
"Sorry boys," Bella scrunched up her nose.
"But we're... willing to work together."
"Mm."
"You know what? That's victory," John B stood up.
JJ nodded, "Yep."
"Woggity-woggity-woggity!" Pope said giving the two boys a handshake.
Bella gave them a small smile at that, remembering when she was involved.
